Today, let me talk to you about my favourite sport, the one I enjoy playing almost every alternate day. I'm not referring to sports that I like to watch; this is my favourite. If something holds such significance for me, it deserves my time and attention. In this case, one might argue that I should mention the sports I enjoy watching. However, to me, the meaning is clear when I talk about my 'favourite sport'.

The one that you like to play. There is a difference between watching and playing.
The one I like to play is the GYM.
Come on, stop this. The gym is not a sport. (This might be what your mind says while reading this article.)
I know there is a debate. Some people are not ready to consider the gym as a sport. But you know what? This is my newsletter, and in this article, I am going to call it a sport.
Because for me, the gym provides everything that I actually gain from playing sports like cricket, football, or badminton.
It encompasses what I have learned from playing different sports throughout my life.
The point why I love Gym as a sport is because in order to win the game you have to play the GYM game 24X7
Whatever the goal you set, whether it's weight gain, weight loss, or anything else, you have to keep that in mind and plan your eating habits accordingly. This is where the real game begins, and you have to win it with the power of choice.
For instance, if your goal is to build six-pack abs and ripped muscles in your stomach area, simply doing abs exercises won't be sufficient. You need the support of a good and disciplined diet. This involves not only what you eat but also when you eat, how you eat, how many times you chew while eating, and several other factors. Once you grasp this, building a six-pack or any kind of muscle becomes easier to achieve and maintain.
When I started going to the Gym, I constantly reminded myself not to eat sugar, avoid junk food, and not consume excessive amounts of fat.
The point I am trying to convey is to find any sport that can influence your eating habits. I have found my kind of sport. If you have experienced something similar, feel free to let me know. Engaging in any sport demands discipline in your eating habits. Keep playing and keep reading.
You might be wondering why I am discussing food, sport, and exercise in this article. It's because I recently enjoyed watching a documentary film on Netflix called "Blue Zone."

Blue Zones are places where lots of people live much longer than usual. Researchers are studying why these people live so long. I suggest you watch this documentary.
One reason these people live for over 100 years is their food. That's why I think you, me, and everyone should eat more thoughtfully. Ads make us eat more than we need. This film will teach you some things about life that nobody else will.
